Donna Vivino is a distinguished actress and singer with extensive experience across Broadway, television, and film, known for her powerful vocal performances and versatility in various roles. After her Broadway debut as the Original Young Cosette in ‘Les Misérables’ (1987-1988), Donna Vivino went on to contribute to the critically acclaimed cast recording, establishing her presence in the theatrical world. She continued to build a strong foundation on Broadway, appearing in productions such as ‘Saturday Night Fever’ in the ensemble and as a Comedy All-Star in ‘Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me.’ Vivino expanded her Broadway career, appearing in ‘Hairspray’ as Shelley and an understudy for Tracy Turnblad in 2006. One of her most significant roles was as Elphaba in ‘Wicked,’ a role she performed on both the First National Tour from 2007 to 2010 and as a standby on Broadway from 2011 to 2013.
In early 2020, she took on the iconic role of Grizabella in the North American tour of ‘Cats.’ Maintaining a strong television presence, Vivino has recently appeared in series such as ‘Law & Order’ in 2023, where she played Rachel Ford, and ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ in 2024 as Carlotta Tomassi.
