Dr. Jackie Walters

Dr. Jacqueline Walters is an established Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She earned two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Mississippi and Alcorn State University before attending the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Following her medical degree, Dr. Walters completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center of Central Georgia and Mercer University, establishing the foundation for her career.

Throughout her career, Dr. Walters has merged her medical practice with public advocacy. She is widely recognized from her role as “Dr. Jackie” on the reality television series “Married to Medicine.” As a two-time breast cancer survivor, she founded the 50 Shades of Pink Foundation in 2013, an organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer survivors both emotionally and physically. She has also authored “The Queen V,” a feminine health book, and is committed to reducing health disparities in the Black community through her campaign, “If We Are Dying More, We Should Be Doing More.”

Dr. Walters maintains a private practice as a partner at CWOBGYN and WOW Aesthetics. Her work continuously aims to educate the public on critical health issues, from heart disease to maternal mortality, particularly focusing on how these issues disproportionately affect Black women and men. Her contributions have positioned her as a respected healthcare professional and a prominent figure in health advocacy.
