Dr Lisa Chimes

Dr Lisa Chimes is an emergency veterinarian known for her television appearances and her entrepreneurial ventures in pet care products. After distinguishing herself in veterinary emergency and critical care, Dr. Lisa Chimes launched a multifaceted career that spans clinical practice, media, authorship, and entrepreneurship. Following her graduation from Sydney University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science with first class honours, she relocated to Melbourne to complete a specialized internship in veterinary emergency and critical care.

Her media presence continued to grow with her own show, ‘Dr Lisa to the Rescue,’ regular appearances on CBS Pet Vet, and various morning television programs. Demonstrating her commitment to pet education, she authored two children’s books, ‘My First Puppy’ and ‘My First Kitten,’ both published by Penguin. Leveraging her veterinary expertise and public platform, Dr. Chimes ventured into entrepreneurship as the founder and CEO of two successful pet care brands: DOG by Dr Lisa and CAT by Dr Lisa.
