Dr. Reena Wadia is more than just one of the world’s top periodontists. She’s an associate specialist at King’s College hospital, a co-editor for the British Dental Journal, a board member at the Faculty of General Dental Practice and a leading figure in the world of dentistry.

As a specialist periodontist with a wealth of expertise and experience under her belt, Dr. Reena runs her own specialist periodontal referral clinic at 75 Harley Street, alongside a close-knit team who are trained by Dr. Reena herself. The private practice is dedicated to perfecting patients’ dental health, and aims to achieve and maintain optimal gum health with every patient treated.

Dr. Reena built the practice from the ground up throughout the coronavirus pandemic, going against the odds to achieve her lifetime ambition of launching her own specialist clinic.

Since her childhood, Dr. Reena has harboured ambitions of excelling within the field of dentistry, while maintaining a goal of educating others. Her career path thus far has enabled her to achieve both of those aims, as she has become a rising star in her field while using her talents to teach and mentor others. In addition to her work in the clinic, Dr. Reena is deeply involved in the global dental industry and is dedicated to making a significant contribution to her profession. She lectures across the globe, and runs courses for both newly qualified dentists and hygienists. With five years’ experience as a clinical tutor at Barts and The London, she has secured a position as associate specialist at King’s College Hospital, and continues to use her knowledge and expertise to assist others in developing their skills and growing their talents.

Dr. Reena achieves this through lecturing, mentoring and tuition, while maintaining an online learning platform specialising in dental education. She also runs an enlightening blog, sharing articles, papers and webinars on a variety of subjects within dentistry and oral health.
