Dylan Brosnan is a model, actor and cinematographer. Brosnan, the son of former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan and journalist Keely Shaye Smith, debuted in the fashion world in 2015 as one of the faces of the Spring/Summer 2015 Saint Laurent campaign, which he shared with Jack Kilmer, son of American actor Val Kilmer, during the brand’s Hedi Slimane period. He said that the designer was the one who first noticed him in Malibu, and Brosnan’s angelic smile, freckles, and unique hair soon enchanted the world’s most prestigious fashion houses. Brosnan walked his first runway show for the French fashion house a year later, while still a film student in California, at the Spring/Summer 2016 show inspired by the Californian music scene. Brosnan walked the catwalk for the Spring/Summer 2020 Moschino show in Wisteria Lane, the Desperate Housewives neighbourhood, as well as the Spring/Summer 2018 Dolce & Gabbana show and the Erdem x H&M show.
Brosnan studied at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, which held a virtual commencement for the Class of 2020 due to the coronavirus crisis. He has also interned for Senator Ed Markey and plays in a band called Raspberry Blonde. Brosnan and his brother Paris, along with their partners, were also at the Golden Globes, where they served as ambassadors last January. Both agreed on the idea that as part of the philanthropic efforts associated with the title they would focus their efforts on childhood, education and the fight against hunger. To achieve this, they worked with the NGO FEED, which offers nutritious meals to school-age children around the world.
