Herdem Alacabek

Herdem Alacabek was born on June 7, 1991, in Sweden. He transitioned into professional mixed martial arts and competes in the Light Heavyweight division. Standing at 6’2″ and weighing 205 lbs, Alacabek fights with an orthodox stance and has a reach of 75 inches. He trains with Black House association. His professional career began in 2014, showcasing a grappling-focused style with a record that includes both knockouts/technical knockouts and submissions.

Alacabek’s career highlights include several victories through TKO and submissions. In 2014, he secured a TKO win against Pawel Okonski at IRFA – International Ring Fight Arena 7. The following year, he achieved another TKO victory over Rumen Blagovestov at IRFA – International Ring Fight Arena 8. His transition to the LFA (Legacy Fighting Alliance) promotion saw him gain submission wins, first against Antonio Arroyo at LFA 13 in 2017 with a rear-naked choke, and then against Dejon Daniels at LFA 45 in 2018, also via rear-naked choke. He also recorded a TKO win against Jonathan Noriega at LFA 36 in 2018.

A significant turning point in Alacabek’s career occurred on August 13, 2019, when he competed in Dana White’s Contender Series – Season 3, Episode 8. He suffered his first professional loss in this event against William Knight via TKO (Punches) in the third round. Despite the loss, Alacabek has maintained a professional record of 5 wins and 1 loss.
