British actress, singer and dancer, Jennifer Tierney is best known for her musical theatre work in an array of hit West End productions.
Having trained in musical theatre at the prestigious Performers College in London, Tierney has since gone on to appear in well-known musicals in roles including, Madame Morrible and the understudy for Elphaba in the hit musical Wicked, as well as Dragon and Mama Bear in Shrek. Following her success in the show, Tierney has gone on to tour with the cast of Shrek in the UK and Ireland. With over a decade of experience in top musical theatre roles, her other showstopping appearances include the RCL international tour of Mamma Mia!, Lord of The Rings at the Theatre Royal, Saturday Night Fever at the RCL and the national tour of Jerry Springer: The Opera. More recently Tierney is a standby in the award-winning West End musical Come From Away at the Phoenix Theatre. Of her other work, Tierney was also delighted to be a part of the workshop production for the new contemporary musical Lift at the Soho Theatre.
Tierney has also appeared on Television, her most notable of roles being part of the cast in Fame School for Meridian/International TV. Also a talented mezzo-soprano, Tierney performs at corporate events across both the UK and Europe, including the launch of the Jonathan Reid Gealt Album, held at The Other Palace.
