Jo Koy is an American stand-up comedian and actor known for his observational comedy, who has released multiple comedy specials and toured globally. After releasing his first major special, Comedy Central Presents: Jo Koy, in 2008, Jo Koy became a household name through his extensive tenure as a regular panelist on E!’s late-night show Chelsea Lately, appearing on over 140 episodes between 2009 and 2014. Having built a foundation in stand-up comedy since 1989, Koy’s consistent touring and performance honed a unique observational style that resonated with global audiences. He transitioned to headlining his own highly anticipated specials for Netflix, beginning with Jo Koy: Live from Seattle in 2017.
The immense success of Live from Seattle continued in 2017 when Jo Koy set a record for most tickets sold by a single artist at The Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall.
