Kelly Crull, born on February 16, 1984, in Noblesville, Indiana, developed an early interest in sports, playing tennis and basketball at Noblesville High School. Recognizing her passion for sports and communication, she pursued a career in sportscasting, earning a tennis scholarship to the University of Missouri where she studied broadcast journalism. During her undergraduate studies, Crull gained practical experience working with NBC affiliates like KOMU-TV and WTHR-TV, as well as interning at ESPN and the CBS News Bureau in London. After graduating in 2006, she began her professional career at WLFI-TV in Lafayette, Indiana, covering teams such as the Purdue Boilermakers, Chicago Bears, Indianapolis Colts, and the Indianapolis 500.

Crull’s career progressed with a move to KOCO, an ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City, in August 2008, where she served as weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter, covering the Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys. From 2010 to 2012, she was the sideline reporter for the Oklahoma City Thunder for the Fox Sports Network, also hosting the Thunder’s pre-game show and “Thunder Insider.” In February 2013, she joined Fox Sports San Diego as a beat reporter and host of “Padres Weekly,” serving as a backup sideline reporter for the San Diego Padres. Following the 2013 MLB season, Crull joined NBC Sports Chicago, becoming the Chicago Cubs beat reporter and covering their 2016 World Series run. She also worked as the Chicago Bulls sideline reporter for the 2018-19 season and co-hosted the 100th episode of “Beer Money” in 2018.

In 2020, Crull moved to Bally Sports South and Bally Sports Southeast to cover the Atlanta Braves. She also worked as a field reporter for Major League Baseball on TBS in 2022. After her contract with Bally expired before the 2024 Major League Baseball season, Crull transitioned to radio, becoming a full-time radio host and podcaster for Atlanta station 680 AM / 93.7 FM The Fan, where she hosts the podcast “Crull Me Maybe.”
