Kenneth Blanchard is a celebrated American author and consultant, Blanchard’s prolific career has seen over 60 books published, many of which were co-authored. Blanchard is perhaps best noted for his book, The One Minute Manager, which received an overwhelming response upon release, selling over 13 million copies all over the world in 37 languages. Blanchard is also the Chief Spiritual Officer and co-founder of The Ken Blanchard Companies.
Throughout his extensive career, Blanchard has published a number of distinguished works; namely The One Minute Manager, Raving Fans: A Revolutionary Approach To Customer Service, Gung Ho! Turn On the People in Any Organization, Leading at a Higher Level: Blanchard on Leadership and Creating High Performing Organizations and Whale Done! The Power of Positive Relationships, amongst many others. In 1979, Blanchard co-founded The Ken Blanchard Companies, an international management and consulting company, founded in San Diego with his wife.
A highly respected academic and entrepreneur, Blanchard is a visiting professor at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and a trustee emeritus at Cornell University. Blanchard and his wife were awarded the title of Cornell Entrepreneurs of the Year in 1991.
