Kimberly Daugherty is an actress and writer who has made her mark on the industry with various projects. She is best known for writing and starring in A Christmas Movie Christmas with her husband, Brant, and for appearances in Smoky Knights and The Duel.

Daugherty began her career with cameos in a lot of big shows including How I Met Your Mother, Bones and Grey’s Anatomy. However, it wasn’t until 2016 when her career really took off after scoring a role in the Western film, The Duel, alongside Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson. From there, the only way was up, and she began to stretch her writing and acting muscles, finally creating A Christmas Movie Christmas, a TV movie with a feel good story and sweet romance plot. Now, Daugherty is prepping for two new projects while also exploring ventures as a writer.

In 2017, Daugherty also used her writing skills to pen a children’s storybook, Fairies in Our Yard, which was well received by its buyers. She also has her own blog where she posts about her adventures with her family and her travel stories. She also posts regularly on Instagram where she has over eighty thousand followers keeping up with her life. She sometimes uses the account to endorse products, including the pregnancy focussed app, Expectful Meditation and Sleep which she has used during her first pregnancy.
