Phenomenal foodie Lindsay Ostrom has grown her recipe and food blog Pinch of Yum into an online empire. With more than 600+ recipes and several e-books, the critically acclaimed blog also serves as a resource for other food bloggers, and has grown so much that Ostrom has left her teaching job to focus full time on Pinch of Yum. Reaching millions of people with fun, healthy and flavorful recipes every month, Ostrom’s amazing content has featured on the likes of POPSUGAR, Smart Passive Income,The Everymom, Huffington Post, Mixergy, Refinery 29, The Kitchn, Brit + Co, SHAPE, PureWow, CNN and many more. Ostrom began sharing recipes on her blog as a hobby in 2010 whilst she was working as a fourth grade teacher. Working on the blog at weekends and evenings, her beautiful photography, healthy and tasty recipes and strong personal connection soon went viral, growing into a hugely profitable business in less than 5 years. Ostrom has also shared elements of her life outside the kitchen, from photographs of her favorite vacations, to life as a mother and reflections on grief and loss. The blogger’s husband Bjork has been a huge part of the expansion of Pinch of Yum, and the couple have shared their knowledge of how to build a business out of a food blog on their online community Food Blogger Pro.
