Infamous for dressing up in a sloth costume for the premiere of season 23 of The Bachelor, Alex Dillon is a reality TV star and businesswoman.

Dillon was 23 when she appeared on The Bachelor, a dating reality show in which one eligible man attempts to find love among a group of carefully chosen women. She quickly became a viral sensation for her memorable entrance to the show, when she dressed up as Suzette the Sloth before meeting the bachelor Colton Underwood for the first time. With the costume, she showed the world and Underwood her softer side and her sense of humour, as well as putting the rest of the cast at ease and creating a lighthearted atmosphere on a night where there is a lot of pressure on contestants. Dillon joked that she could ‘take things slow’ and became an instant internet hit, with thousands of people creating memes, GIFs, videos and parodies of the clip. She’s not afraid to laugh at herself and has since spoken out about her choice to enter the hugely popular show dressed as a sloth. Sadly, Dillon didn’t make it through to the final stages of the show, with Underwood overlooking the sloth costume in favour of other more conventional entrances.

Since appearing on The Bachelor, Dillon has returned to her career as a Director of Account Management at a shipping company, although she will be forever remembered by fans as Suzette the Sloth.
