Fitness expert Maddy Hughes is a successful, experienced personal trainer specialising in female transformations. The health and nutrition expert has earned a strong reputation thanks to her no nonsense approach to training which translates into impressive results. After spending most of her fitness career competing as an individual in CrossFit & Olympic Weight Lifting (both in the UK and Australia) as well as competing as a boxer, Hughes knows first-hand the will power and sacrifice needed to change your own body shape. With a unique coaching style and ability to connect to her clients on a personal level, she has helped many people achieve results they had previously only dreamed of through her training and expert nutrition plans.
Hughes has been involved with fitness and sports for as long as she can remember, and netball and competitive ballet dancing were a huge part of her childhood. The fitness guru competed in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting before changing her training focus to boxing in 2016. In 2018, the health expert changed her training style so she could compete in her first Toned Figure Body Building (PCA) competition and lost 16kg as she also transformed her body shape. Now with more than 15 years of personal training experience under her belt, she has helped many people shred kilos around the world and enjoys watching her clients change their lives and gain confidence.
