Major Wright transitioned from a distinguished NFL safety to an author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, advocating for youth empowerment and community development. After being named a first-team freshman All-American by CollegeFootballNews.com in 2007, Major Wright cemented his reputation as a formidable talent in collegiate football. As a freshman at the University of Florida, he started seven games at free safety, accumulating 67 tackles and four forced fumbles. The following year, in 2008, Wright started all 14 games as a sophomore, recording 66 tackles and four interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown.
