Marko Stunt’s career reached a significant milestone in 2019 when he made his debut for All Elite Wrestling (AEW) at the inaugural ‘Double or Nothing’ event, participating in the high-stakes Casino Battle Royal. This pivotal performance, built on an in-ring career that began in 2015, quickly led to a contract with AEW. Known for his distinctive high-flying style, Stunt first gained widespread attention in 2018 at Game Changer Wrestling’s ‘Joey Janela’s Lost In New York’ event. That same year, he debuted for IWA Mid-South’s 800th show in January, competed in the prominent ‘All In’ independent professional wrestling event in September as part of the Over the Budget Battle Royal, and entered Pro Wrestling Guerrilla’s Battle of Los Angeles tournament.
His breakout year also saw him win the SCI Futures Showcase Tournament.
