Max Jenkins is an American actor who has worked both on the stage and in television, in shows such as Dead To Me and High Maintenance.
Much of Jenkins early career was spent on stage in New York City, in productions including Unnatural Acts which he also co-wrote. The play was nominated for many awards, including three Drama Desk Awards in 2012. He also started to land parts on TV, notably in Gay’s Anatomy and High Maintenance, before landing his next major role in The Mysteries of Laura in 2014. He starred in the show for two years as a member of the main cast, becoming one of the best loved and most recognisable characters from the show. Jenkins has branched out into production work too, producing short film Crown Prince in 2017 and Stepdaddy in 2019. He appeared in both of the shorts, proving that he has well and truly earned his reputation as a multi-talented performer. In 2016 he made a return to TV show High Maintenance and went on to star in the reboot of the show for four years as well as making smaller appearances in programmes such as Human Interest, and Super Simple Love Story.
Jenkins continues to land roles in major television shows, most recently starring in Netflix smash hit Dead To Me. He plays main character Christopher Doyle and continues to make his mark in the world of TV.
