Prior to this, she held a leading position at a Canadian premier oil and gas company for 14 years. Gupta-Sunderji was also a Credit Union board leader. Now a highly-regarded keynote speaker, Gupta-Sunderji has presented in front of leading brands and countless managers across eight countries. Some of her clients have included the Alberta Energy Corporation and the Canadian Curling Association. Offering audiences realism and humour, coupled with her first-hand experience, Gupta-Sunderji provides compelling content for long-term solutions. She has also previously served as the Director of the Board of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

She also writes a regular column for Canada’s The Globe & Mail, Merge’s Monthly Mega Minute and previously wrote for CGA Magazine. An award-winning author, Gupta-Sunderji’s books include Generations Exposed and Why Does the Lobster Cast Off Its Shell? For her loyal client base, Gupta-Sunderji has also released a collection of educational leadership CDs and is the author of numerous online training courses.
