Widely considered as one of the greatest Survivor contestants of all-time, Parvati Shallow is a reality television star, life coach, speaker, and author. She placed first in Survivor: Micronesia and finished second in Survivor: Heroes vs. Villians.
Shallow grew up in Florida before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment business. After working as an amateur boxer, she was cast on the iconic CBS reality series Survivor where she quickly became a series regular. Now considered one of Survivor’s most beloved and most skilled contestants, she first competed in Survivor: Cook Islands in 2006, placing sixth. She then finished first in Survivor: Micronesia in 2008 and took the runner-up spot in Survivor: Heroes vs. Villians in 2010. Shallow then made a much-anticipated return in Survivor: Winners at War in 2020.
A true Survivor legend, she is married to Survivor: Samoa alum John Fincher. She was one of the first five contestants to be inducted into the Survivor Hall of Fame in 2010 and is one of only eight players to make it to the Final Tribal Council more than once. She is unanimously considered one of the series’ best ever contestants.
Shallow now works as a life coach, speaker, and author with a deep interest in yoga and meditation. She recently opened a wellness center in Santa Monica, California, where she utilizes unique techniques like kundalini yoga and energy healing.
