Priscilla Presley is a businesswoman, actress, and executive producer known for her roles in film and television, and for her significant contributions to the preservation and commercial success of Elvis Presley’s estate. After successfully transforming Graceland into a major tourist attraction, Priscilla Presley went on to establish herself as a prominent businesswoman, actress, and executive producer. Following her separation from Elvis Presley in 1973, Presley co-founded the Los Angeles clothing boutique Bis & Beau. After Elvis’s passing in 1977, she took on the pivotal role of executor of his estate.
Her film career included starring alongside Leslie Nielsen in ‘The Naked Gun’ film series, which began in 1988 with ‘The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!’ and continued through 1994. In 1985, she authored her memoir, ‘Elvis and Me’. Demonstrating continued professional engagement, Presley launched her fragrance, Moments, in 1988. In 2000, she was elected to the board of directors at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.
