Robert Jones

Robert Jones is a professional Football offensive guard currently playing for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). Born on January 28th, 1999 in Rockford, Illinois, Jones has been making an impact on the field since his early college days.

Jones began his football career at Brother Rice High School in Michigan, where he earned accolades as a top offensive lineman. Following his impressive high school performances, Jones committed to play football at Middle Tennessee State University. In his first year, Jones started all 13 games for the Blue Raiders, earning a spot on the Conference USA All-Freshman team.

Jones continued his upward trajectory over the following seasons, earning multiple All-Conference second-team honors. However, it was in his senior year that Jones truly shone, earning first-team All-Conference honors as well as being named the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year.

Impressed by his performances in college, the Miami Dolphins selected Jones in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Jones has quickly established himself as a valuable member of the Dolphins offensive line, assisting in creating avenues for running backs and keeping the quarterback protected.
