Sacha Romanovitch is a business leader and influencer who strives to create a fair and sustainable society for all. She is a trained chartered accountant, and went on to become the first ever female CEO of UK accountancy firm Grant Taylor, before setting up Fair4AllFinance which offers accessible financial services to all.
After many years practicing as a chartered accountant and working her way up through Grant Taylor, Romanovitch was promoted to a partner of the firm in 2001. She quickly became a managing partner after just a year, and then became CEO of the £500m business in 2015. She held other key roles at the company which included People and Culture Leader on the National Leadership Board. She worked for the firm for nearly 30 years, leading the way for other women in her field as well as creating sea change in the financial services sector with her effective work practices and efficient leadership. In 2019, she left the company to become the co-chair of the Inclusive Economy Partnership, working with the UK Government to deliver change in areas such as financial inclusion and mental health. Romanovitch is also on the advisory board for the Progressive Centre UK, as well as regularly delivering talks around the world on issues including social mobility and future-fit businesses. She is a writer and researcher on how to build business for a changing global landscape, as well as CEO of Fair4All Finance which offers vulnerable consumers savings, credit, and insurance.
