Adam Hambrick, born on April 17, 1985, is an American country singer and songwriter. He grew up in Mississippi and Arkansas and later graduated from the University of Central Arkansas. Hambrick relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2013 to pursue a career in music, initially focusing on songwriting. His songwriting contributions include “How Not To” for Dan + Shay, “Somebody Else Will” for Justin Moore, and “Waiting on You” for Lindsay Ell, alongside songs for Eli Young Band, Walker Hayes, Miranda Lambert, and Maddie & Tae. These early career achievements as a songwriter laid the groundwork for his transition into performing.
Beginning in 2017, Hambrick expanded his career to include performing his own music. He signed with Capitol Records Nashville/Buena Vista. His 2018 single “Rockin’ All Night Long” reached number 45 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. In 2020, he initiated the ‘Flipside’ series of two-song EPs, releasing “Top Down, Southbound” in September and “Love Is Quicksand” in October. His EP “Give Her a Rose” was released by UMG in December 2020. That same year, he performed his single “Between Me and the End of the World” on “The Bachelorette” (season 16), marking a notable television appearance.
Throughout his career, Hambrick has continued to release new music, including singles like “All You, All Night, All Summer” (2019), “Forever Ain’t Long Enough” (2019), “What Christmas Means to Me” (2019), and “Midnight in Montgomery” (2020). He also released the album “Free Country,” on which he wrote all ten songs. His work is recognized for its blend of country, Southern rock, and Southern soul genres.
