Her book on relationships – Once upon a Time – How Cinderella Grew Up & Became a Happy Empowered Woman – is a number one bestselling self-help book on relationships.

Reich had a fascination with human nature from an early age, and went on to study Counselling Psychology at McGill University earning a Master’s degree. She also trained extensively with the the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Clinic for Anxiety Disorders at The Montreal General Hospital, and has learnt from some the leading experts in the field including David Barlow, Martin Seligman, Aaron Beck, David Burns, Steven Hollon and Albert Ellis. Reich also trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy with the pioneers of this type of therapy including Dr John Gottman, Dr Sue Johnson and Leslie Greenberg.
