Scarlet Sheppard

Scarlet Elisabeth Sheppard was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the only child of an artist/poet mother and a newscaster father. From a young age, she was involved in ballet and local commercials, leading her to pursue an acting career. She continued her training at The Second City and graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago. Her foundational experiences in West Virginia and Chicago provided a strong base for her later career in Los Angeles.

Sheppard has demonstrated significant career progression, transitioning from a notable actress to an executive producer and director. She is recognized for her work on popular digital platforms, including her recurring roles as Anna, Ariel, and Shea Itaintso in “Totally TV” (2018–2020), which spanned 171 episodes. She also portrayed Emma and Electra Pop in “The Super Pops” (2019–2020) across 62 episodes. Additionally, Sheppard created and starred in the web sitcom “Karmic” (2015–2017) as Sage Horowitz, serving as both its executive producer and director for 14 episodes. Her work on these series contributed to their substantial viewership, with “The Super Pops” accumulating over 160 million views and “Totally TV” reaching a broad audience with its extensive episode count.

Her career milestones include receiving the WV Thespian Association’s Best Actress award regionally and statewide during high school. She has expanded her acting roles to include television series such as “The Brothers Sun” (2024) on Netflix, where she appeared as Student 1, and “Shatter Belt” (2024), where she was a guest star. Beyond acting, she has also taken on leadership roles in production, notably as a producer for “Hamilton: A Genderbent Medley” (2022) and an assistant director for the short film “Video Game” (2020).
