The talented young athlete Sean Chandler is a professional Footballer, who plays safety for the Carolina Panthers of the NFL.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Chandler excelled at Football during his High School years and was named by the Philadelphia Inquirer as their Defensive Player of the Year in 2013 after he accumulated eight interceptions as a senior. Considered a three-star recruit after he graduated, he chose to attend Temple University where he played his freshman and sophomore seasons as a starting cornerback before becoming Temple’s starting safety as a junior and senior. During his time at college, Chandler had 264 tackles, 13 tackles for a loss and 10 interceptions in 49 games.
After graduating from university, he signed with the New York Giants as a rookie free agent in May 2018, making it to their final 53-man roster after a strong pre-season. After being waived, signed to the practice squad and reassigned to the active roster a few times, Chandler left the club in October 2020 and signed with the Carolina Panthers.
