Teal Piper

Ariel Teal Toombs, known professionally as Teal Piper, was born on June 7, 1985. Following her high school education in Oregon, she relocated to Los Angeles, California, to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry. She is an alumna of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Her acting career commenced in 2006 with an appearance in the film “Shut Up and Shoot!”. She subsequently appeared in various projects, including an episode of “CSI: NY” in 2012. Her work in film also includes roles in “Lights Out” (2010) and “The Portal” (2010), where she acted alongside her father.

In addition to her acting pursuits, Piper has developed a career in professional wrestling. She trained under Selina Majors and Tessa Blanchard in Long Beach, California. Her professional wrestling debut occurred on August 31, 2019, when she competed in a Casino Battle Royale at the All Out pay-per-view event for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). In the same period, she signed with Women of Wrestling (WOW), appearing on the second season of “WOW Superheroes”, where she also hosted a talk show segment titled “Teal Talks”.

Throughout her wrestling career, Piper has competed in various promotions, including independent circuits across Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi in 2021 and 2022. She has also wrestled internationally, participating in ZMAK Wrestling in Athens, Greece, in September 2022. In January 2023, she returned to AEW, performing on “AEW Dark.” She later debuted in Ring of Honor in June 2023. Piper achieved championship status by winning the Atomic Legacy Wrestling Women’s Championship in August 2023 and the Monsters Wrestling Orlando Women’s Championship in September 2025. She has also contributed to preserving her father’s legacy by loaning his wrestling memorabilia to WWE for display at the Royal Rumble’s “Fan Experience” in January 2024.
