Tessah Andrianjafitrimo was born on October 11, 1998, in Montpellier, France. She began playing tennis at the age of five. Her father, Teddy Andrianjafitrimo, a former tennis champion of Madagascar and Africa, has served as her coach. This early immersion in the sport, combined with her father’s guidance, laid the foundation for her professional career. She moved to Nogaro in 2010.
Tessah Andrianjafitrimo made her ITF Women’s Circuit debut in September 2013 and her Grand Slam singles debut at the 2015 French Open qualifying rounds. She advanced to the main draw of the French Open in 2016, 2017, and 2022.
