Tiffany Bias is a WNBA point guard who broke several records during her college career at Oklahoma State. A second round pick in the 2014 WNBA Draft, Bias has played for the Phoenix Mercury, Dallas Wings, and New York Liberty.
Born in 1992 in Wichita, Kansas, Bias was a three-year captain for Andover Central High School. She made the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association All State Team three times and set the state tournament scoring record with 89 points. Bias then went on to play at Oklahoma State University, becoming known across the country for her defense and ability to record assists. After being named to the All-Big 12 team twice, she was named to the All-Big 12 First Team during her senior year and led the conference in minutes played. Bias captained Oklahoma State to their third-ever Sweet Sixteen appearance, scoring over 1,000 points and recording over 500 assists throughout her college career.
Bias was selected by the Phoenix Mercury in the 2014 WNBA Draft. Playing alongside Diana Taurasi and Brittney Griner, the Mercury went on to win the 2014 WNBA Championship. After two seasons in Phoenix, Bias appeared in 10 games for the Dallas Wings in 2016. She then made her return to the WNBA in 2019 as a member of the New York Liberty.
Bias also has experience playing overseas from 2014-2016 in Hungary for Diósgyőri VTK and in 2016 in Israel for Maccabi Ranana. Bias plays internationally for the Thailand National Women’s Basketball team, as her mother’s side of the family is originally from Thailand.
