Wu Pao-Chun is a renowned baker from Taiwan, who has made a prominent name for himself in the world of baking. He was born on September 5th, 1970, in Pingtung County, Taiwan’s southern region. Today, he is 52 years old and is recognized as one of the most distinguished and acclaimed bakers worldwide.
Wu discovered his passion for baking as a young child when he assisted his parents in their bakery store. However, he did not decide to pursue it as a career until much later in life. After completing his mandatory military service in Taiwan, Wu worked at a restaurant and a bakery. He soon realized that becoming a baker was his true calling and decided to pursue it seriously.
