Iconic UK pop group Erasure will be supporting Robbie Williams on his UK stadium tour next summer.
The group, led by frontman Andy Bell are set to open for Robbie Williams on his Heavy Entertainment Show tour of major UK stadiums in July 2017. The tour is supporting Williams’ The Heavy Entertainment Show album, released this week to critical and popular acclaim.
Erasure’s latest album was Always: The Very Best Of Erasure, which made the UK Album Chart Top Ten last year. The album was a compilation of their greatest hits to date, featuring enduring classics like ‘A Little Respect’, ‘Oh L’Amour’, ‘Chains of Love’ and, of course, ‘Always’.
Robbie Williams has given The Heavy Entertainment Show fittingly heavy and entertaining promotion already, appearing on the X Factor twice: first as an adviser at Sharon Osbourne’s house, and second performing Heavy Entertainment Show track ‘Love My Life’ on last weekend’s live show.
With the tour covering all the UK’s major stadiums, there is no doubt that millions of Erasure fans will be overjoyed to hear their favourite hits. Tickets go on sale Friday 11th November. Peep the full list of tour dates below:
