DJ/producer/singer/songwriter Youngman stars in a brand new Red Bull session performing his tracks ‘Spinning’ and ‘Let It Shine’.

Youngman has been making waves around the musical world recently with hits like ‘Let It Shine’ (released with DJ Phantasy & Macky Gee), ‘Spinning’, and ‘Sorry’. Now, the artist shows his softer side with an intimate performance of two of his biggest hits, courtesy of Red Bull music.

The session shows off the songcraft underpinning two of Youngman’s biggest floor-fillers. Stripped back to a simple acoustic guitar and vocal arrangement, ‘Spinning’ and ‘Let It Shine’ still, well, shine.

The performance solidifies Youngman’s reputation as one of music’s most versatile up and comers. At the forefront of the UK drum & bass scene for years, Youngman has toured with Roni Size and Example, and MC’ed for the likes of Benga and Skream.

He’s also had chart success as a singer, with the hook-filled ‘Sorry’ breaking the Spotify Viral Chart top 20 this year and racking up 300,000 plays in the process.

Behind the Scenes Youngman has written and recorded with Kyla, Paloma Faith, and musical icon Britney Spears, penning two tracks for the singer’s most recent album. These credits are no surprise; Youngman is all about the song. As his new Red Bull performance demonstrates, a genuinely good song sounds great no matter what the arrangement.
