A standout moment of the day was the live A&R session, which featured 10 performances from students across the university. Students performing where: Tega, Dido Wilson, Phoebe Nadorp, Elena Agostinelli, Daniel Westcott-toi, Alfie Adshead, Anarii, Savera Ahmed, Molly Chadwick.

Each performance was followed by constructive feedback from a panel of industry experts, including radio hosts, A&R representatives, Label Services directors, BBC contributors, and sound engineers. The day concluded with an industry mixer, bringing together organisations from across the music and wider creative sectors. Alongside MN2S, companies including Rocky Steady, Camp America, the Musicians’ Union, and Global Motion were in attendance, creating a valuable space for networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

During the mixer, the MN2S team connected with a wide range of students, continuing to build on the advice shared earlier in the day. These conversations organically evolved into an informal marketing and branding drop-in session, where students and artists shared their social media profiles and received tailored feedback from an external professional perspective.

This hands-on engagement provided actionable insights into how artists can refine their digital presence and better position themselves within the industry. The team also had the opportunity to reconnect in person with students already signed to MN2S Label Services, strengthening existing relationships and offering further support face-to-face.
