BPM Records, led by DJ Beloved, is an emerging label built on a foundation of musical heritage and creative freedom.

Growing up surrounded by family members who sang and played instruments, DJ Beloved developed a deep connection to music early on, which fueled his passion for DJing and producing. Today, he’s crafted a vision for BPM Records as a boundary-free space where artists can explore and evolve their sound across genres. Though the label’s official launch is recent, the journey began years ago, marked by a meaningful first collaboration with legendary vocalist Kenny Bobien. Now partnering with MN2S Label Services, BPM Records is gearing up to expand its reach and release a slate of new projects, aiming to make a lasting impact in the music industry.

How did you get into music originally?

As a child raised in a Jamaican household my family was very musical. Everyone either played an instrument or sang but most of us were capable of both.

How long has your label been in operation?

The label has been unofficially in the makings for some years. But now with the right team in place I can officially say we are a fully functional label with the ability to handle all genres of music.

Tell us about your first release – what was special about that one?

Kenny Bobien – The Light in 2011. It was special because my first record was with a Legendary vocalist that I had been listening to and playing his music for years. I have been purchasing his music for years so it was an honor to be able to have him record with me.

Tell us about the latest record you’ve released.

We have not had our first release yet but have several projects in the works. I have other projects to be released on other labels that will be released throughout the year.

Could you sum up your label’s philosophy and creative vision?

A label with no boundaries where the creatives are able to create as they please, while evolving within their craft.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of setting up their own imprint?

If I knew what I know I’d say just do it. We all have to get out of our own way and just start.

What are your plans for the rest of the year and beyond?

To release great music and collaborate with other labels, producers, artists, and musicians.

What have you enjoyed about working with MN2S?

The ability to track all your work and reach platforms worldwide.
