Label Spotlight: Musicklabel | MN2S

Born from the glorious chaos of the Southwest UK rave scene, Musicklabel is the raw, emotionally charged output of producer, rapper, and sonic engineer ThreeEyed.

Launched in 2025 but rooted in 15 years of underground graft, the label isn’t chasing club bangers or chart placements, it’s carving out a space for high-impact, emotionally charged music that hits on a cellular level. With custom-built performance rigs, a NYE Bristol takeover in the works, and a debut album underway, ThreeEyed is building more than a catalogue: he’s building a sensory experience that is set to leave an indelible mark on the underground music scene.

How did you get into music originally?

I was inspired by the free party rave scene in the Southwest UK and started DJing at age 15. Since then, I’ve performed at countless underground events, held residencies, and released music as a producer, rapper, and songwriter. I work primarily in Ableton Live and combine high-energy drum and bass with futuristic, emotional sound design.

How long has your label been in operation?

Musicklabel launched at the beginning of 2025, but it’s built on 15 years of groundwork I’ve put in as an artist.

Tell us about your first release – what was special about that one?

My debut on Beatport was under my former alias 3ID, released via Illit Music. It marked the beginning of my journey as a producer. That record helped me find my voice and planted the seeds for what’s now become Musicklabel and my current artist identity, ThreeEyed.

Tell us about the latest record you’ve released.

I’m now releasing as ThreeEyed via Musicklabel. The latest material reflects my deeper focus on emotional intensity, visual storytelling, and the high-fidelity grit that defines my sound.

Could you sum up your label’s philosophy and creative vision?

Musicklabel exists to release music that makes people feel something—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s not about chasing trends; it’s about delivering sonic experiences that hit hard and resonate. Everything is driven by authenticity and immersive energy.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking of setting up their own imprint?

Build your identity first—both sonically and visually. Don’t start a label just to release tracks; start it because you have a point of view that no one else does. And protect your ideas. Your vision has value.

What are your plans for the rest of the year and beyond?

I’m planning to host live Musicklabel shows, with the first already being mapped out for New Year’s Eve in Bristol. I’m also working on my debut full-length project and expanding Telekenisis—my custom-built audio sculpture performance system.

What have you enjoyed about working with MN2S?

They’ve given me the tools to release on my own terms while still reaching a broader audience. It feels like I’m part of a network that respects my independence and unique sound.
