MN2S and LCCM: A Continued Partnership
MN2S has a long-standing relationship with LCCM, supporting students through multiple collaborations. In March 2025, members of the MN2S team delivered an exclusive guest lecture titled Building Your Label and Your Brand, covering essential topics such as digital distribution, branding, social media strategy, and PR. This session provided students with practical insights into launching and growing their own music business.
MN2S also partnered with LCCM to create the inaugural MN2S Music Business Award, recognising an outstanding graduating student with mentorship and behind-the-scenes industry experience, including a visit to the Ministry of Sound offices. The initiative was designed to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering real-world exposure to the music business.
In addition to these collaborations, MN2S has engaged with students during Freshers’ Week, offering early guidance and helping new students navigate the beginning of their music careers.
Following a successful first appearance at Careers Day, MN2S returns for the second time, continuing its commitment to supporting emerging talent.
Meet MN2S at Careers Day
This year, MN2S Label Services will be actively involved throughout the event. The team will be attending the Live A&R Auditions, offering insight into what industry professionals look for in emerging talent.
MN2S will also be present at the networking session, giving students the opportunity to connect directly with the team, ask questions, and gain valuable advice on building a career in music.
A Message from MN2S
Sharron Elkabas, CEO of MN2S, says:
“It’s really important to us to make these connections with musicians who are early in their career, as originally that’s how the company started. What started with two brothers producing their own tracks has evolved into one of the world’s leading label service providers, trusted by hundreds of record labels and artists worldwide. We were just making music for the love of it, but it was frustrating not having an outlet to get that music out there, not even for the money, but just to share it with people.”
The company’s beginnings reflect the challenges many independent artists face, turning creativity into exposure without industry connections or access to traditional distribution. Out of that frustration, MN2S Label Services was born, creating a platform designed to help others succeed where they once struggled.
