MN2S works with some of the greatest independent music labels around, handling digital music distribution and other label services, and giving them access to an unrivalled roster of talented DJs and live performers. This month, we welcome these labels to the fold.
Taylor Made Recordings
Founded in 2011 by prolific young DJ Robbie Taylor, Taylor Made Recordings aims to release music for dancefloors all around the world, bringing people together. It succeeds. Taylor Made Music has released tracks from Eddie Amador, Redondo, Mike Newman and DJ PP, a truly global group of international artists.
Owned and managed by Federico Luyo, Double Cheese Records has played host to music from the likes of DJ Spen, M&S, Opolopo, N’Dinga Gaba and Vincent Kwok, Double Cheese Records is another label with an international stable of releases.
Named, of course, for Superman’s weakness, Krypton Records would certainly have the Man of Steel melting on the dance floor. Ran by Alan Banjo, also known as J Nitti, Krypton has seen releases from Forexample, Koer and Sergio Sergi among others. Focusing on Techno, Krypton releases have made the Beatport Top Tech consistently.
Freshly formed in 2015 in London, Tartan Paint Records’ mission statement is to “add a splash of undiscovered vibrancy to the current spectrum of different house genres. The label achieved this with releases from Backbite, Majime, Ben Oakland and others.
Sentosa Recordings
Liam Keegan’s brand new record label Sentosa Recordings will bring us more of his trademark commercial house, like his hugely successful current release, a remix of Drake & Rihanna’s ‘Too Good’.
