Artist Spotlight: Veeraphat & DJ Stuiter | MN2S

Thailand-based producer Veeraphat and Netherlands-based producer DJ Stuiter make their debut on Resurgence Recordings with Color Rawstyle track U Know.

Both artists began their journeys in house and future bounce before gravitating towards harder, more intense styles. Veeraphat is a producer driven by curiosity and sound design, constantly searching for new textures and techniques to bring into his work. DJ Stuiter’s path has been shaped by years of DJing and performing at festivals across the Netherlands, giving them a strong understanding of crowd energy that carries through into their productions. When Veeraphat shared an early idea that would become U Know, DJ Stuiter saw its potential and jumped in, sparking a back-and-forth collaboration that evolved through multiple versions, new melodies and redesigned kicks. The track – a cutting-edge Color Rawstyle track defined by its massive, vibrant color kicks – drew a strong response from fans when early previews were shared on Instagram, pushing both artists to keep refining until it reached its final form. Released on 29 May 2026, U Know marks the beginning of a new chapter for both artists on Resurgence Recordings. We spoke with the head of the label to find out more.

Veeraphat

Veeraphat is a Thailand-based producer and DJ. His journey as a producer has always been about exploration and constantly searching for something new in sound. He started out producing Future Bounce and other house styles, using that phase as a way to learn and develop his production skills. Over time, though, he felt drawn toward something heavier and more intense, which led him into Rawstyle. That shift felt natural, like he had finally found a direction that matched what he wanted to express creatively.

“Music is a never-ending puzzle I am obsessed with solving. I’m driven by the constant chase to capture a specific feeling or sound that I haven’t quite heard before.”

DJ Stuiter

DJ Stuiter is a Netherlands-based producer and DJ. They have been involved in music from a very young age, starting out as a DJ and eventually performing at festivals and events across the Netherlands. They rapidly gained recognition in the EDM community. But when COVID hit and live events stopped, they shifted focus more seriously toward production. That period became a turning point in their journey as an artist. Over time, their sound evolved from house and Future Bounce into harder styles, eventually leading them into Hard Dance and Hardstyle, a direction that reignited their passion for music.

“Music sometimes is an escape from my real life. Sometimes I have hard times in my actual life and doing music usually helps to prevent me from feeling pretty terrible. It genuinely helps cheer me up if I have had an absolutely terrible day.”

The Story Behind “U Know”

Released on May 29, 2026, “U Know” started quite simply. Veeraphat shared an early idea he was working on, and DJ Stuiter immediately saw potential in it.

At first, it wasn’t a finished concept. Stuiter felt there was something special there, but also that it needed more direction and energy. They jumped on the project, gave feedback, and started working on it together with Veeraphat. From there, the track slowly evolved through multiple versions, new melodies, different ideas, and constant back-and-forth between the two. At one point, they even shared early clips on Instagram, where people started reacting heavily and asking for a full release.

That response pushed them to keep refining it further until it reached its final form. Before eventually being released, the track also went through a few label rejections, but both artists stayed on it until it finally found its home.

Both Veeraphat and DJ Stuiter started out making house music before moving into Rawstyle. What inspired that change, and how has it influenced their sound?

For both artists, the move into Rawstyle felt like a natural evolution. While house music and the genres they worked on previously provided a strong foundation and helped them develop their production skills, they eventually felt those styles had become somewhat stagnant creatively.

Rawstyle offered something different. It gave them more room to experiment, push boundaries, and express themselves in ways they felt weren’t possible before. The transition has had a major influence on their sound, bringing more emotion, impact, and personality into their productions while still carrying lessons learned from their earlier years in house music.

For readers who are discovering them for the first time, how would you describe Veeraphat and DJ Stuiter as artists?

Veeraphat is a producer driven by curiosity and experimentation, constantly searching for new sounds and new ways to bring unique musical ideas into his productions. He’s particularly passionate about sound design and is always pushing himself creatively, whether that’s through new kick designs, melodies, or production techniques.

DJ Stuiter is an artist whose journey has been shaped by both performance and production. After years of DJing and performing, they developed a strong understanding of crowd energy and how music connects with people. That experience continues to influence the way he approaches production today.

Together, they share a passion for creating energetic music that connects with listeners on both an emotional and physical level.

How did Veeraphat and DJ Stuiter first connect and decide to work together?

The collaboration started when Veeraphat shared an early idea he was working on with DJ Stuiter. The project already had strong potential, but Stuiter felt there was more that could be done with it and asked if he could get involved.

After exchanging feedback and ideas, Stuiter worked on the project and sent it back to Veeraphat. Both artists liked the direction it was heading and decided to continue developing it together.

What started as a simple feedback exchange gradually turned into a full collaboration that eventually became “U Know.”

Can you tell us how “U Know” first came together and how the idea developed into the finished track?

“U Know” started as a rough concept created by Veeraphat, built around some early colour-kick ideas and the foundations of the track.

Once DJ Stuiter joined the project, it went through numerous revisions. New melodies were introduced, drums were reworked, kicks were redesigned, and the arrangement evolved significantly from the original version.

Through constant collaboration and experimentation, the project slowly transformed into the final version listeners hear today.

What do you think each artist brought to the collaboration that helped make the track what it is today?

Veeraphat laid the original creative foundation for the project and introduced the early ideas that inspired the collaboration.

As development continued, both artists contributed new ideas, production elements, revisions, and feedback. The melody, kicks, arrangement, and overall direction of the track evolved through contributions from both sides.

The final version of “U Know” is very much a shared effort, with both artists playing an equally important role in shaping the sound and identity of the track.

The song went through several versions before release. What were some of the biggest changes along the way?

Some of the biggest changes involved the melody, the kick design, the overall arrangement, and the energy of the track.

In many ways, almost every major aspect of the project evolved throughout development. Both artists continuously looked for ways to improve the record, refining details and testing new ideas until they felt the track fully delivered the impact they were aiming for.

The artists shared early previews online and received a strong response from fans. How did that reaction influence the track’s development?

The response from listeners gave both artists additional motivation to keep pushing the project further.

Seeing people connect with the early versions confirmed that they were onto something special and encouraged them to spend even more time refining and developing the track before release.

That support played an important role in keeping momentum behind the project throughout its development.

“U Know” faced a few setbacks before finding a home on Resurgence Recordings. What does that journey tell us about the artists and their determination?

The journey highlights the importance of persistence.

Despite facing rejections along the way, neither artist gave up on the track. They believed in the project, continued improving it, and kept searching for the right home for the release.

Their experience reinforces the idea that sometimes success comes from staying patient, trusting the process, and continuing to believe in your work even when others don’t see the vision immediately.

What was it about “U Know” that made it a good fit for Resurgence Recordings?

“U Know” arrived at a time when Resurgence Recordings was evolving its sound and moving towards a stronger focus on harder styles and harder sounds, including Hardstyle, Rawstyle, and other harder dance genres.

The vision behind the track aligned naturally with the direction the label was heading. Both the label and the artists shared a similar outlook regarding the sound, energy, and future of the genre, which made the collaboration feel like a natural fit from the beginning.

The label immediately understood the vision behind the track and believed in what the artists were trying to achieve.

Now that the artists have made their debut on the label, what can fans expect from them next?

Both artists remain focused on developing their sound and continuing to push themselves creatively.

Fans can expect more music, more experimentation, and a deeper exploration of Rawstyle and harder dance genres moving forward. Both Veeraphat and DJ Stuiter are committed to creating high-energy records that reflect their growth as artists.

While “U Know” marks an important milestone, both artists see it as the beginning of a new chapter rather than the destination.
