Formerly the frontman of headline indie-rock outfit The Departure, Maddox Jones made his solo debut in 2020. After turning heads across the industry with the “Headspace” EP, Jones is proving his versatility and breaking new ground with “Can’t Wait for the Summer”. Built on indelibly catchy melodies and an anthemic chorus that’s begging to be blasted from the speakers at festival stages across the country, the track brings together carefree pop vibes with subtle nostalgia.
