Revolutionary multimedia artist VNCCII was interviewed by Notion about her latest single Surrender Your Soul. In the feature, VNCCII spoke about the inspiration behind the new release: “The track ‘Surrender Your Soul’ was inspired by a particular moment in the plot of my science fiction novel,” she told Notion. “Because my stage shows feel like a musical to reflect the plot of the novel, I knew I needed to create a song that resembled VNCCII’s encounter with the A.I clone version of herself – the context is explained if you read the novel. The song feels introspective in the verses with a cathartic release in the choruses as it symbolises her breaking free from the limiting beliefs or constraints that were imposed by the shadow A.I clone version of herself.”

Written, produced, and performed by VNCCII, Surrender Your Soul was mixed by Grammy-winning engineer Luca Pretolesi. VNCCII’s recent accomplishments include headlining at BRITS Week and winning the Music Metaverse Award at the Metaverse Entertainment World Summit in Monaco. “Surrender Your Soul” will also be paired with immersive visual content, offering a glimpse into her sci-fi universe. As she prepares for her debut album and novel by year’s end, VNCCII is pushing boundaries—both musically and literally, with plans to send her music into space.
