MN2S Celebrity talent activity in 2016... | News | MN2S Talent

Need to book one of 2016’s top celebrities?

2016 has been a great year so far for loads of the talent on the books of our entertainment agency – they’ve released records, started tours, published books and excelled in a whole host of different sports and disciplines.

That’s what makes them such interesting guests at corporate events; don’t opt for boring corporate entertainment at your next function or event, and instead choose someone from our talent roster who will be a real draw and make sure your evening is talked about for a long time afterwards.

Check out what some of the big names at our agency have been up to so far in 2016:

Gunning for gold

Eighteen year old Amber Hill from Bracknell is one of the youngest speakers on our books – but don’t let that fool you! She’s a skeet shooter who was recently picked for Team GB in the 2016 Olympics this summer in Rio. It’s an impressive feat at any age, let alone before she’s into her third decade, and Amber is one of just 350 athletes from the whole country who will compete at the Olympic games. She’s already bagged the gold medal at the European games, so a high placement in the event is very much a possibility.

She’s not the only young Olympian on our books though – Zoe Smith is a 21 year old who competed in the London 2012 games and now she’s back and leading the weightlifting continent of Team GB. She’s a Commonwealth gold medallist, so expectations of this Londoner born and bred girl are high.

Dan Greaves olympic celebrity entertainment

We’ve also got fingers crossed for Paralympian Dan Greaves, who’s been excelling in the discus throw for many years now – we’re hoping he’ll continue his lucky streak in Rio this summer!

An athlete makes an ideal and timely celebrity speaker in any Olympic year, and with such strong medal prospects, these two are a good bet if you’re looking for an Olympic athlete as an after dinner speaker.

Split your sides

Perhaps the most fun of all of the talent we’ve got on our roster here, Charlie Hides is a drag queen and impressionist who’s really been making waves over the last few years with his hilarious YouTube channel. A sketch with Kylie Minogue is perhaps his most high profile appearance to date, but in March Charlie hit a new high note – with an appearance on the cult US TV show, Ru Paul’s Drag Race.

If it’s light-hearted entertainment and a lot of fun that you’re after for your event, you could do much worse than booking this darling of YouTube and with his recent success in the USA, there’s never been a better time to catch this rising star.

Foodie favourites

If it’s a food lover you’re after for your next after dinner speaker then there aren’t many as qualified as Gregg Wallace, one of TV’s most prominent critics and, believe it or not, owner of an extremely successful greengrocery business. The star has been a judge on MasterChef for more than ten years, praising, pushing and occasionally punishing those amateur chefs foolish enough to get in his way! With a new season of the hit BBC show about to start, there’s never been a better time to book this verbose and intriguing character – especially for events with a foodie bent!

Wait, there’s more!

These are just a few of the celebrity speakers on our books who’ve been making waves in 2016 – former Desi Rascals star Rita Siddiqui has been busy shooting a new film that will be hitting our screens soon, veteran actor George Takei has had a cameo in the American Dad animated TV comedy and Only Fools and horses star John Challis was on the box again in the hit comedy Benidorm – and that’s barely scraping the surface of what our talented stars have been up to!
