Annie

Annie, born Anne Lilia Berge Strand, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, record producer, and DJ who has achieved international acclaim for her electropop and synth-pop sound, collaborating with notable producers and earning multiple music awards. After the success of her debut single ‘Greatest Hit,’ Annie quickly established herself as a significant force in electropop. Released in 1999 and co-created with producer Tore Kroknes, the track sold out its limited 500-copy release and became an underground club hit across Norway and the UK. Following a period focused on DJing and songwriting, Annie co-founded the influential club night Pop Till You Drop in Bergen, featuring acts like Peaches.

This was followed by the ‘Neon Nights’ EP in 2021, which continued to explore her signature blend of synth-pop and electronic influences. Expanding her collaborative ventures, Annie partnered with esteemed producer Alan Braxe on the track ‘Never Coming Back’ in 2023, showcasing her continued relevance and appeal within the electronic music landscape. Most recently, Annie delivered her trance-influenced single, ‘The Sky is Blue,’ in August 2024.
