Emma Louise is an acclaimed Australian singer-songwriter recognized for her distinctive atmospheric sound, blending pop and electronica to create a unique musical identity. After winning Best Secondary School Song and the People’s Choice Award at the 2007 Queensland Music Awards for her ballad ‘Kim’s Song,’ Emma Louise went on to independently release her five-track extended play, ”Autumn Tongues”, recorded at Pegasus Studios in Cairns in 2008. In April 2011, she released her critically acclaimed EP ”Full Hearts & Empty Rooms”, featuring the breakout single ‘Jungle.’ This track garnered significant airplay on Australia’s national youth radio station, Triple J, and was later ranked No. 23 on the Triple J Hottest 100 chart.
Following their earlier acclaimed collaborations on tracks such as ‘Hollow’ from Flumes 2022 album ”Palaces”, the duo unveiled their highly anticipated collaborative album, ”Dumb”, in August 2025.
