Eric Melvin

Eric Melvin is a founding member and guitarist of the influential punk rock band NOFX, concurrently pursuing solo music endeavors and offering life coaching services. After co-founding the influential punk rock band NOFX in 1983, Eric Melvin has established a significant and enduring career as a guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter. As one of only two consistent members since the band’s inception, Melvin has been integral to NOFX’s sustained presence in the punk scene. He contributed distinctive guitar work and backup vocals, notably crafting the intro riffs for songs like ‘Leave It Alone’ and developing his signature ‘Mel Yell’ vocal style.

This project showcased his willingness to explore new musical directions, featuring EDM-infused re-recordings of NOFX songs. The album was produced by Fat Mike and released through Fat Wreck’s imprint, Bottles to the Ground, connecting his solo work to his established punk rock roots. Expanding his professional scope beyond music, Melvin has ventured into personal development as a transformative life coach, a role that reflects a broader interest in human potential and well-being.
