Yves Larock

Yves Larock’s 2007 single ‘Rise Up,’ featuring vocals by Jaba, propelled the Swiss DJ and record producer to international recognition. The track became a popular club anthem across Europe and South Africa, notably reaching number 13 on the UK Singles Chart and achieving high chart positions in France, Belgium, Finland, Greece, and Sweden. This success followed his earlier work, having commenced his career in 2002 and gaining initial attention with his 2005 track ‘Zookey.’ Larock’s growing impact led to his signing with several prominent labels, including MAP Records (2004–2006), D:vision Records (2004–present), Ultra Records (2005–present), Data Records (2007–present), and ULM (2007–present). Building on the momentum of ‘Rise Up,’ Larock released his debut studio album of the same name in 2008, which successfully charted in Switzerland.

Beyond his original productions and live performances, he has demonstrated his versatility as a producer by delivering numerous remixes for a wide array of artists. His remix credits include acclaimed acts such as Kim Wilde, Steve Edwards, and NERVO, showcasing his ability to reinterpret and elevate existing tracks within the house music genre. Most recently, Yves Larock continued his successful trajectory into the new decade with the release of the single ‘Here We Go’ in 2020, a collaboration with Bastian Baker which promptly charted in Switzerland.
