A-Lin, born Lisang Pacidal Koyouan, is a Taiwanese singer and songwriter of Amis descent, renowned for her powerful vocals and emotive performances. Discovered at 16 years old for her remarkable rendition of “Amazing Grace” after the 1999 Jiji earthquake, fate intervened when her agent was initially unavailable.
