A Perfect Circle

A Perfect Circle, formed in 1999 by guitarist Billy Howerdel and Tool vocalist Maynard James Keenan, quickly established themselves as a formidable force in the rock music scene. Their debut album, “Mer de Noms,” released in 2000, debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum, showcasing their ability to blend alternative rock with melodic elements.
