J Hus has established himself as a pioneering figure in the Afroswing genre, achieving commercial success and critical acclaim through his distinctive musical style and impactful album releases. After his breakthrough with the genre-defining single ‘Dem Boy Paigon’ in 2015, J Hus went on to establish himself as a pioneering figure in the Afroswing genre. His career quickly gained momentum with the release of his debut mixtape, The 15th Day, the same year.
