Alfie Templeman

Alfie Templeman is a British singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who began releasing music at the age of 13, establishing himself as a notable talent in indie and disco-pop genres. After launching his professional solo debut in 2018 with the single ‘Orange Juice,’ Alfie Templeman quickly followed with the EP ‘Like an Animal,’ both released through Chess Club Records and recorded entirely in his bedroom. Having honed his multi-instrumentalist skills and music production from an early age, Templeman left high school in 2019 to pursue music full-time. That same year, he released two more EPs, ‘Sunday Morning Cereal’ and ‘Don’t Go Wasting Time,’ solidifying his prolific output.

This album expanded his sonic palette and featured a notable collaboration with Nile Rodgers on the track ‘Just a Dance.’ His live performances continued to draw significant audiences, including an appearance at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend festival in Luton in May 2024. A vocal advocate for social causes, Templeman joined over 100 acts in 2024 boycotting The Great Escape Festival in protest of Barclays’ investments, highlighting his commitment beyond music.
