After establishing themselves in the early 1990s as a pioneering force in the Argentine New Rock wave, Babasonicos, founded by lead singer Adrián ‘Dárgelos’ Rodríguez and keyboardist Diego ‘Uma-T’ Tuñón, alongside Diego ‘Uma’ Rodríguez (guitarist and lead singer), Diego ‘Panza’ Castellano (drummer), Mariano ‘Roger’ Domínguez (guitarist), and Gabriel ‘Gabo’ Manelli (bassist), released their second album, ‘Trance Zomba,’ in 1994, which saw the incorporation of DJ ‘DJ Peggyn’ into the lineup until 1999.
